Hey, if you landed here, you’re probably burned out.
Maybe you’re still deep in it.
Maybe you’re somewhere in the messy middle — functional enough to keep showing up, exhausted enough to know something has to change.
Either way, you’re in the right place.
This part of the blog was built for that.
Hi, I’m Liz.
I burned out in 2025, at 27, after spending four years working in corporate audit at Deloitte.
I was lost, exhausted, and had absolutely no idea what was happening to me.
And more than anything, I felt the need to share my story. To document it as I lived through it.
Her Soft Moments is the place where I do that.
Here, you’ll find pieces of my burnout story and my rebuilding journey — mentally, physically, and financially.
It’s a little messy sometimes.
But healing is messy too right?

Healing can feel overwhelming when everything already feels heavy.
So I created a few gentle resources to help you slow down, reflect, and take things one step at a time.
You can start with the free 7 Signs You’re Burnt Out guide.
or explore the digital tools and recovery guides I’ve been building along the way in my Etsy shop.
